Editorial policy

Evidence before publication

• Every numeric claim must be traceable to the cited accepted dataset or an approved primary source.
• Source dates, import dates, conflicts, and staleness are preserved where the data contract supports them.
• Yield is discussed with total-return and risk context.
• Unverified source-reported data is labeled accurately and never upgraded by wording.

Human approval

Automation may collect evidence, validate numbers, and prepare drafts. It cannot publish an article or send a newsletter. A named human author and reviewer must approve substantive editorial work.

Commercial independence

Advertising and sponsorship decisions are separate from data methodology and editorial review. Sponsors cannot buy favorable coverage, rankings, grades, inclusion, or changes to a conclusion. Sponsored material is labeled before the reader encounters the commercial link.

Updates and corrections

Routine dataset refreshes replace source-reported values only after automated validation. Material editorial corrections follow the public corrections policy and retain an explanation of what changed.
